FeedSlasher
Just gimme the good stuff
Act faster with news that matters
While other news apps drown you in headlines, FeedSlasher hand-picks the few articles you actually need. It understands exactly what you want to read and why, then delivers notes that you can quickly learn from or act on.
This isn't topic or keyword filtering. This is like having a personal assistant who curates your news for real strategic value—whether that's breaking updates, share-worthy content, competitor moves, emerging opportunities, or something else entirely unique to you.
Your digest arrives in Slack or email with concise summaries and personalized takeaways. You get the signal without the noise, act faster, and never miss a critical story.
Built as my personal productivity app; now available to selected users. I'm collecting feedback and seeking high-value niche audiences before deciding whether to build for the public. As unique and valuable as this app may be, it would be very hard to stand out in the ocean of (often free) news apps.
How It Works

1. Train Your Assistant
Define your role, what you're interested in, and how you will use the information. Pick a selection of news feeds for the AI to monitor daily.
2. AI Picks Your Best News
Knowing your custom profile, FeedSlasher uses AI to analyze each day's articles. News posts are scored by a proprietary formula, weighing how each aligns to your needs.

3. AI Creates Summaries
The top scored articles become your daily picks. For these, the AI reads the entire articles and generates your personalized summary and key takeaway.
4. Get Actionable News
Receive a daily slack message or email with your curated news. Just the best articles for your needs - quickly digestable.
